The inscription is orthograde. The rock surface measures 0.50 × 1 meters and is located 6.75 meters east of inscription no. 580. The epigraphic field measures 30 × 48 cm, while the inscription itself is 16 cm long.
Execution: chiselled.
Letters of the archaic alphabet of Thera: Alpha: regular bars, horizontal crossbar. Alpha: right stroke divergent, diagonal crossbar. Gamma: junction at 90°. Iota: three rounded bars. Omicron: smaller than the other letters. San: used for the sibilant sound.
